A Time of huge heart ache.
Jess showed such strength & courage. She was surrounded by the Love of family and friends.
She faced this time with a
Maturity beyond her years
Jess chose to go shopping and buy everyone a special gift with which to remember her.
This was her way of saying goodbye to us all
